Service for student affairs

The Student Affairs Service performs tasks related to students of all levels of study:

  • student enrollment,
  • student records,
  • making a class schedule,
  • exam registration,
  • organization of exams and colloquia,
  • semester certification,
  • issuing all types of diplomas,
  • issuance of all types of public documents of students,
  • issuing various types of certificates and certificates to students, jobs related to the student standard (loans, accommodation, transportation).

The Student Affairs Service is located on the ground floor of building D - office D-15. Here the student can:

  • to obtain a certificate of full-time study,
  • to receive a certificate of passed exams,
  • to pick up the original documents on the reverse,
  • to apply for recognition of the exam,
  • to raise the decision on the recognition of exams passed at other faculties,
  • to get information about the exam registration dates,
  • to submit a request for obtaining a certificate of graduation and obtaining a diploma.
  • In the hall in front of the entrance to the amphitheater of building D, there are bulletin boards for all years of study, student loans and the standard on which students receive all notifications. Notices are regularly published on the website of the Faculty.
